Backend Team Lead (F/M/X)

The Role

Trever is looking for a motivated and experienced Backend Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Team Lead, you will play a key role in developing our SaaS product in an agile environment. Your responsibilities will include designing new features and coordinating advanced integrations. Using modern cloud technologies like Kubernetes and Amazon Web Services, you will help Trever stay at the forefront of technological innovation. You will work closely with your engineering colleagues, balance the different needs of stakeholders, and help remove obstacles for your team members.

• Experience: You have experience leading a professional software engineering team.
• Solution-Oriented Skills: You focus on finding balanced solutions to both cultural and technological problems.
• Technical Skills: You are committed to writing clean, maintainable code, good documentation, and clear requirements, and you support your colleagues in doing the same.
• Self-Motivation: You are driven to continuously learn, grow, and push boundaries as a team lead.
• Communication and Collaboration: You have strong communication and collaboration skills, balancing empathy with a clear focus on the company's goals.
