Your Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for our product development: product management and roadmaps, user experience (UX), process logic, etc.
Implementation and continuous development of the product strategy
Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
Managing diverse stakeholder interests (C-level, engineering, sales, customers, etc.)
Coordination and decision-making on product-related goals and strategies

Your Profile

Motivation to build a user-centric product that fundamentally transforms the financial industry
Several years of experience in banking, financial services, capital markets, fintech, or product management (ideally in a B2B SaaS context)
Basic technical knowledge of software development
Strong conceptual, analytical, agile, and strategic thinking skills
High effectiveness, self-initiative, and confidence in decision-making
Excellent communication skills (English and German) and a strong sense of responsibility

Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at €4,200 for a full-time position.
