Trever is a fast-growing fintech company providing digital asset infrastructure for financial institutions. As a Key Account Manager based in Vienna or Graz, you will take ownership of customer relationships, support deal-closing phases and collaborate closely with internal teams.

Your Tasks

Engage with institutional customers as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
Support deal-closing phases such as handling contractual, commercial, and organizational discussions with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Ops) such as contributing to product feedback and strategic discussions.
Monitor account performance, focus on customer needs and expand relationships.

Your Profile

Several years of professional experience in (key) account management, relationship management, or customer success - ideally within banking, financial services, or fintech.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading processes, or digital asset infrastructures is a significant advantage.
Affinity for technology and software products, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
Excellent communication in English and German, high organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
High sense of ownership, reliability, and professional integrity.

The gross salary for this position starts at €4,500 per month, plus an optional performance-based bonus. We are open to offering a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
