Your Tasks

Develop tailored security solutions that meet the needs of a fintech company.
Plan and implement processes for the SSDLC, with a focus on compliance in the financial industry.
Conduct employee training on security policies and industry-specific standards.
Independently carry out gap analyses between security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, DORA) and the current security posture.
Prepare for and support security audits.
Manage and analyze security penetration tests, coordinating with the product team to implement results and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Your Skills

At least 3 years of professional experience in a practical IT security role.
Experience with security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001) and their application.
Knowledge of different operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux), IP networks, SIEM, and observability tools.
Experience with DevOps pipelines and other tools in software supply chain management.
Independent, structured, and proactive approach to driving projects forward.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm to work collaboratively with the team.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.

We guarantee a competitive salary between €3,500 and €5,000 per month for a full-time position (38,5h) based on your responsibilities, qualifications and experience.
