Your Responsibilities

Design, develop, and own reliable and scalable APIs and services.
Architect high-performance, low-latency, and resilient features and applications.
Lead the technical design and integration of complex third-party systems into our platform, ensuring security and long-term maintainability.
Enhance our deployment strategies using Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and contribute to strategic decisions regarding system architecture and scalability.
Establish and champion best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Mentor trainees, junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and act as a technical authority within your team.

Your Profile

Relevant technical education (technical college, university, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend software engineering, with a proven track record of building complex systems.
Demonstrated expertise in Go and experience with high-performance, distributed systems.
Strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive complex projects from ideation to completion.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

The collective agreement minimum salary is 3,950 € gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). Based on your responsibilities, qualifications and experience we guarantee a competitive salary between 4,000 € and 6,500 € gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis).
