Technical Support Engineer 1st & 2nd Level (F/M/X)

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the technical support/service, including end-to-end processes.
• Provide high-quality technical support (1st & 2nd level) to our institutional customers in the financial sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming requests via the internal ticketing system.
• Resolve 1st & 2nd level support tickets directly with customers and document them precisely.
• Analyze complex technical incidents and coordinate escalations to 3rd level support/software engineering team.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in IT customer support or service desk roles, in software or financial services.
• Strong interest in our product and a genuine curiosity for technical systems and processes.
• Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented, confident, and diplomatic mindset.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to ensure timely incident resolution when required.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
